- On-Site Network Administrators – our network administrators are expert in Local Area Networking,
WIFI, DSL and broadband internet connection, desktop and laptop computer repairs and installation and printer troubleshooting.
- Remote Network Administrators – our remote network administrators are expert in server monitoring and
maintenance of windows 2000/2003 and Linux servers. They are also capable of handling remote desktop
and laptop support.
B. Part time staffing
- On-site Computer technicians – our on-site computer technicians are expert in computer assembly, configuration, installation and maintenance. They are also very capable in virus removal, security settings, firewalls etc. Our computer technicians are available on a monthly, weekly or on-call basis.
C. Project based staffing
- Encoders – we have encoders available for events such as conferences, examinations, conventions, meetings and seminars.
- Remote data entry clerks – we have data entry clerks for your encoding needs such as theses encoding and
database editing
