The Following are our Services for Business or Corporate Clients:
1. On-site Technical Service/Support - no need to bring your computer to our shop. We will instead go to your office or store and fix your computer in front of you. Services include PC cleaning, comprehensive computer maintenance (prevention is better than cure), computer networking, data backup and retrieval, computer troubleshooting, computer parts replacement, reformat, software installation, virus removal.
Rates starting at only 600 pesos per PC vat inclusive (note: rates are for those within Cebu City and Iligan City proper only. Additional rates apply for those located outside).
2. Maintenance Support Packages - we can maintain all of your computers, laptops, printers and other computing equipments for an affordable monthly rate. The package includes as needed, once a week on-site visit, scheduled cleaning, comprehensive computer maintenance (prevention is better than cure), computer networking, data backup and retrieval, computer troubleshooting, computer parts replacement, reformat, software installation, virus removal email technical support and phone technical support, and IT consultancy.
Rates starting at only 2,500 pesos vat inclusive. Package is good up to 5 computers/laptops. (note: rates are for those within Cebu City and Iligan City proper only. Additional rates apply for those located outside). Extra rates apply for those who have more computers or more complex IT infrastructure.

3. Active Directory Setup and Configuration - do you have plenty of employees but only a few computers? Does your employees share the computers that your business have? Then Active Directory is the answer. Active Directory (AD) enables users to access any computer in the network and be able to open all of their files, desktop and even their personal profiles. Therefore any employee can just go to any computer in your office and be able to open his or her files. Each employee will have their own username and password to be able to login. If 1 computer goes down, they can just transfer to another and still be able to continue working without much problems. All the files are stored in a Server which is very secure and not in the workstation which is not secure. Meaning other users cannot open the files of the other users. And it has comprehensive restrictions by which ordinary users cannot install any software to any computer unless they have an administrator authority. This solves issues of illegal installation of programs such as games, viruses, privacy of files, printer sharing and computer resources sharing.

4. Server computer maintenance - we can maintain any server computer that you have in your office. No need to hire expensive network administrators who don't do anything during office hours because downtime is only minimal.
